A company is looking for an Assistant Director, Video Production, Philanthropy Communications.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a library of video and multimedia content for events and digital channelsServe as producer, planning and executing multiple shoots while managing production schedules and stakeholder coordinationLead all aspects of post-production including editing, sound design, and final delivery of video contentRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in videography, photography, fine arts, or related fieldFour or more years of relevant experience in shooting and producing, preferably in an in-house settingAdvanced editing experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Final Cut ProExperience with motion graphics and animated storytellingStrong organizational and production planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
