What You'll Own:

• Deliver a 5-star patient experience—in person and over the phone
• Keep a busy, multi-doctor schedule running efficiently
• Manage patient communication, scheduling, and front office workflows
• Utilize your RCM knowledge to support practice performance
• Create a welcoming, organized, and positive environment from check-in to check-out

What You Bring:

• Dental front office experience (required)
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) knowledge (required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A positive, team-first mindset
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced setting
• A genuine commitment to exceptional patient care

Schedule:

4 days with 5th optional

• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
