Avenue5 Residential - - Responsibilities: Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, tour path, parking lots and other areas of the assigned property to maximize curb appeal and customer satisfaction; Remove trash and debris from office areas and property perimeter daily; Assist in the preparation of market-ready units; Pressure wash exterior buildings, sidewalks, etc; Assist with property emergencies such as snow removal and other inclement weather emergencies
