Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Set up CNC lathes and related equipment to run production and prototype parts according to blueprints and established processes.; Program CNC equipment on the shop floor, including Mazatrol, and edit CNC programs to maintain and improve product quality.; Troubleshoot machining processes, CNC programs, equipment, and tooling to resolve quality or performance issues.; Design and build fixtures and work-holding devices to support efficient machining operations.; Manage daily workload, adapt to changing priorities, and ensure production meets required cycle times.
