A company is looking for a Lock Desk Analyst to support the Lock Desk by processing rate lock requests and enforcing policies.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess rate lock, change, reprice, and extension requests in EncompassAssist Loan Officers with post-lock file inquiries and collaborate with Secondary Marketing leadership on system changesProvide real-time training and support for process enhancements within cross-functional departmentsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education/experience2+ years of mortgage lending experience or equivalent coursework, preferredExperience with Optimal Blue and Encompass systems, preferredSecondary Marketing or Capital Markets experience, preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
