Gravis Law is looking for a Social Security Disability Attorney who wants to do meaningful work — helping people at some of the most stressful moments of their lives — without sacrificing work-life balance or professional growth.

This is a hybrid role with flexibility across our Spokane, Tacoma/University Place, and Boise offices. You'll join a firm that has grown intentionally since 2013 by treating both clients and staff as people, not case numbers. What You'll Do

• Represent claimants at ALJ hearings across all stages of the Social Security disability process
• Review medical records and develop the evidentiary record to build the strongest possible case
• Draft briefs, motions, and appeals — including Appeals Council submissions
• Conduct client consultations and claimant interviews with care and clarity
• Manage a high-volume caseload from initial application through federal appeal

What We're Looking For

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in good standing (any state bar relevant to office location)
• 2+ years of Social Security Disability experience (SSDI/SSI)
• Direct experience representing clients at ALJ hearings
• Strong legal writing and research skills

Bonus if you bring:

• Federal district court appeals experience
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
