Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and/or public agencies as appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, transit platforms, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.; Monitor access points, public areas, and restricted locations, assisting with screening of visitors, reporting maintenance or security-related concerns, and/or following post orders.; Support crowd management, direction finding, and general assistance for members of the public while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
