Role Description

This is a part-time or full-time remote role for a Therapist at our Tukwila location. The Therapist will be responsible for providing individual therapy sessions, developing personalized treatment plans, conducting assessments, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure client-centered care. The Therapist will also provide support and education to clients and their families to promote understanding and resilience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in conducting therapy sessions, building rapport with clients, and employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Experience in creating treatment plans, conducting mental health assessments, and evaluating progress
• Strong skills in written and verbal communication, active listening, and empathy
• Knowledge of addiction treatment models, mental health diagnoses, and recovery practices
• Master's degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice therapy in the relevant state
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
• Bilingual abilities are a bonus
