Platform, Connectivity & Vendor Leadership Serve as the US commercial owner for connectivity platforms, including (but not limited to Sonar SPM, Censis) and other platform integrations, and cloud-based interoperability. Partner with IT, Service, and Upstream PM on connectivity troubleshooting, root-cause patterns, release readiness, and implementation pathways. Lead the commercial integration of Saas and cloud-based connectivity offerings, including architecture understanding, customer onboarding workflows, and adoption measurement. Translate cybersecurity requirements into customer-facing messages, working with IT Security to support customer risk assessments and technical reviews. Act as primary commercial liaison with external ITS vendors, managing roadmap alignment and value realization.
