And Responsibilities - Actively support and participate in the companys safety and health program. - Learn all General Production Lamination roles as needed to support production needs daily. - Understand the products we use and how to locate and stage in a way to maximize productivity. - Be able to follow basic verbal and written instructions as provided by leads and supervisors in the department. - Perform infeed and outfeed duties- loading and unloading the lamination equipment and be able to perform all associate IQC (Quality Checks) specific to each role. - Assist other team members through gathering materials, moving units, changing machine over and loading and unloading products. - Assists co-workers in analyzing and correcting problems encountered in job assignments to perform work according to standard operating procedures. - Follow documented Standard Work within their work cell/assigned area and flex to different positions to support production output in a professional ma...Production, Support, Materials, Product
