With over 50 years in the industry, we have honed our strengths and perfected our processes, delivering the best possible experience for the advisors we serve.SummaryThis position is an independent contributor focused on acquiring and growing relationships with new individual brokers, producer groups, and national accounts. The role drives growth in an established, high‑performing territory covering Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska. The position is fully remote with approximately 40% travel within the region.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesImplement key account strategies and processes, including Gold Sheet and strategic marketing plans.Develop existing broker/account relationships and recruit new broker/accounts.Communicate account status to the DBS team, keeping them informed of pertinent issues, especially during onboarding.Continuously develop industry, carrier, product, and concept knowledge.Contribute to the overall success and profitability of the agency.Meet or exceed acquired and assigned account production goals.Education and ExperiencePast sales and relationship management experience in the life insurance industry.FINRA Series 6 or 7, or 63.College degree or other higher education preferred.Life and Health License preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesLeadership, organizational, people, and flexibility skills.Ability to travel within the assigned region (~50%).Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Salesforce (or similar CRM), and Concur.Strong written and oral communication; ability to plan and prioritize.High focus on quality and customer satisfaction; strong work ethic.Compensation and BenefitsBase salary: $60,000‑$75,000.Competitive base salary plus performance incentives.Comprehensive benefits: PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, exclusive discount programs, health & wellness programs.Remote work with $40% travel within the region.Equal Employment OpportunityNFP is an inclusive Equal Employment Opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
