A Fire Sprinkler Fitter is responsible for installing, modifying, and repairing fire sprinkler systems. Fire Sprinkler Fitters will be responsible for fitting, fabricating, and installing sprinkler pipes and related components, ensuring that all work is completed according to the applicable codes and standards Pay Range: $25.00/hour - $42.00/hour Key Responsibilities: Install overhead sprinkler piping, standpipe systems, sprinkler system risers, and specialty fire protection systems including wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems. Assemble and install various system components including hangers, valves, fittings, backflow prevention, bells, drains, fire pump and stored water supply, and other components of fire sprinkler systems according to design plans. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and installation requirements of fire sprinkler systems.
