Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, detail oriented Retail/Café Manager to lead daily operations with a strong focus on sales, team development, inventory management, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is responsible for maintaining operational accuracy, supporting business performance, and leading the retail & café team in alignment with company standards and culture.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Performance
● Support P&L awareness and overall store performance
● Report inventory, waste, and meal tracking to leadership
● Assist with data entry and operational reporting
● Monitor key performance metrics and drive results
Team Leadership & Development
● Train, coach, and manage retail/café staff
● Lead by example in customer service, professionalism, and execution
● Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing employee development
● Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
Customer Experience
● Ensure a standard of excellence in customer service at all times
● Address and resolve customer concerns promptly
● Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming space
Inventory & Operations
● Oversee daily inventory management and month-end counts
● Maintain accurate inventory records and system entry
● Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution
● Track and report employee meals and product waste
Qualifications
● 2+ years of experience in retail management - food strongly considered
● Strong leadership and team development skills
● Experience with inventory management and reporting systems
● Proficiency in data entry and basic financial reporting (P&L understanding preferred)
● Excellent organizational and communication skills
● Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
