The Role:
As a FinOps Analyst Intern at Vega Cloud, you'll be at the forefront of driving
meaningful financial insights and cost optimization for our clients. This role offers
significant learning and growth opportunities, allowing you to gain hands-on experience
in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and data analytics in the cloud space.
What You'll Do:
Work closely with internal teams and clients to promote a culture of cost
accountability and awareness for cloud spending.
Analyze cloud consumption patterns and help clients uncover actionable insights
to optimize their cloud infrastructure costs.
Contribute to key areas such as consumption analysis, KPIs, budgeting,
forecasting, financial modeling, and showback processes.
Support data-driven decision-making that impacts client outcomes.
Who You Are:
A detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and delivering
value.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where youll need to adapt quickly and
think critically.
Proficient with Excel and other data tools, with an understanding of data
analytics principles.
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or
related fields. (Ideal candidates are juniors or seniors in college.)
