HVAC Install Apprentice

At Comfort Systems of Montana, we're seeking a dedicated HVAC Install Apprentice with a growth mindset, who is eager to learn and contribute to our mission of setting the standard in the HVAC industry. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HVAC industry, working under the guidance of experienced professionals and mentorship on goal setting, focusing on personal, professional, and financial growth! Key Responsibilities Include:

• Skill Development: Engaging in comprehensive training programs to master the fundamentals of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with experienced technicians and peers to enhance learning through practical experience.
• Quality Assurance: Assisting in ensuring that all HVAC installations meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Customer Service: Supporting efforts to provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction with every project.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Tools and Equipment Management: Learning to manage and maintain HVAC tools and equipment responsibly.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in HVAC is a plus.
• Interest in pursuing a career in the HVAC industry.
• Strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
• Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools.
• No prior professional HVAC experience required.
