Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and help to manage entry and exit activity in accordance with site protocols, verifying credentials and directing visitors and deliveries as appropriate.; Support day-to-day location operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, while providing courteous assistance to people on site.
