Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented Security Guard to join the team! - - This position will likely work three 12-hour shifts Mon-Wed from 4:00 pm - 4:30 am - - In this role, you will be responsible for protecting staff, patients, and visitors and ensuring that all hospital property is secure. Duties will include patrolling the building and its grounds, monitoring badging, monitoring all activity in and out of the hospital, responding to code calls, and endeavor to prevent vandalism, theft, fire, and disturbances within the facility. This position must be on the lookout for all sorts of issues at the hospital, including maintenance issues, which may compromise people's safety or the integrity of the building. This position will also assist leadership with incident command, emergency management planning, and safety training and planning. Must be able to work under pressure and in situations that demand patience, tact, stamina, and endurance.
