Role

BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician required for 100% outpatient duties with no call or weekend coverage.

• 40–80 hours per week, either a 4‑ or 5‑day schedule, with an average of 16 patients per day.
• Guaranteed base salary of $300,000 with activity bonuses based on qualifications.
• Additional $1,000 per month for perfect attendance.
• $20,000 sign‑on bonus and $6,000 relocation assistance.
• Student loan repayment assistance at state and federal levels (HPSA score of 16).
• EPIC EMR system.
