Job Details Job Details: Our dynamic law firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Paralegal to join our team. This permanent role is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in Personal Injury Law, who is passionate about legal research and assistance. The ideal candidate will be skilled in document review, have exceptional attention to detail, and possess superior time management abilities. Responsibilities: As a Paralegal, you will be a key component of our legal team, providing support to our attorneys in a variety of tasks. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation. 2. Providing legal assistance and support during all phases of the case from initial client interview to case resolution. 3. Reviewing, analyzing, and organizing a variety of legal documents and materials. 4. Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. 5. Providing litigation support including coordinating with witnesses and experts, organizing exhibits for trial, and assisting in trial preparation. 6. Managing case files and documentation, ensuring all relevant information is easily accessible and up-to-date. 7. Utilizing legal software for case management, document handling, and workflow efficiency. 8. Communicating effectively with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably within the Personal Injury Law sector. 2. Proven experience in legal research, legal assistance, document review, and drafting legal documents. 3. Exceptional attention to detail and superior time management skills. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Demonstrated ability to provide litigation support and manage cases effectively. 6. Proficiency in using legal software for case management and document handling. 7. A certificate of completion from an ABA-approved paralegal certification program of education and training, or an equivalent credential. 8.
