Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies at a government transit location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting supervisors, law enforcement, and emergency services when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, offices, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, public areas, and restricted spaces for policy compliance, assist with directing foot traffic, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and suspicious activity through proper channels.; Complete routine logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant updates to site leadership and Allied Universal personnel.
