Avenue5 Residential - - Responsibilities: Perform electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC maintenance and related repairs; Maintain the work order system and ensure timely completion; Inspect the property grounds, buildings, and common area amenities to identify issues; Assist with property emergencies, such as snow removal and other inclement weather events; Promote safety and risk management and maintain professional appearance
