Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or potential hazards; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and help to deter unauthorized entry while supporting site protocols and daily operations; Support incident reporting, alarm response, and de-escalation efforts while maintaining a visible presence that helps to deter unwanted behavior and supports a professional environment
