Position Summary

The Shipping & Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately preparing and shipping customer orders in a timely and efficient manner while also supporting order fulfillment operations. This role includes shipping responsibilities as well as picking orders, cutting fabric, organizing inventory, and assisting with warehouse operations as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, able to work independently, and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack and ship outgoing products daily, ensuring orders are completed correctly and on schedule
• Count, verify, and compare items against packing slips and order documentation
• Select appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe delivery of products
• Check shipments for accuracy, including correct quantities, items, and labels
• Process shipments using UPS and USPS systems and procedures
• Differentiate between domestic and international shipments and follow proper shipping requirements
• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Cut fabric orders according to company standards and customer specifications
• Organize fabric inventory and maintain a clean, efficient workspace
• Assist with general warehouse and fulfillment duties as needed
• Support team operations during high-volume periods and seasonal demand

Qualifications & Skills

• General knowledge of shipping carriers, including UPS and USPS
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in shipping and order fulfillment
• Ability to stay focused on tasks with minimal distractions
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to manage workload independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to work well as part of a team while maintaining individual productivity

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday
• Regularly lift and move packages up to 30 lbs
• Occasionally lift packages up to 50 lbs

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8:00am–4:00pm
