We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 1–6 years of experience to join our litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to develop their skills and grow within a dynamic and supportive firm. *Practice Areas:*
The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation, with a preference for backgrounds in construction law and/or employment law. However, candidates with strong litigation experience in other areas are encouraged to apply. *Qualifications:** 1–6 years of experience in a litigation law firm
* Licensed to practice law in Washington (required)
* Eligibility for licensure in Idaho (preferred)
* Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
* Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with a team
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills *Compensation & Benefits:** Salary range: $130,000 – $200,000, depending on experience
