US Foods, Inc. - - Responsibilities: Perform necessary repairs and maintenance to all production/facility equipment to ensure adequate machinery for day and night operations; Review equipment reports, record actions/repairs, and maintain a repair log; Perform Preventative Maintenance (PM) and maintain PM log with documentation; Comply with safety guidelines including Lock Out/Tag Out and proper documentation; Maintain and secure the battery-charging area and related equipment
