Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies, visitor management procedures, and Allied Universal protocols for a financial institution location.; Monitor lobby and entrance activity, verify identification and/or credentials as required, and document visitor, employee, and vendor access according to post procedures.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate.; Answer phones, provide directions, and support front desk operations while observing and reporting suspicious, unusual, and/or unauthorized activity.; Prepare reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, deliveries, and access-related events in accordance with site guidelines.
