Innventures - - Responsibilities: Transport and ensure prompt pickup or delivery of guests and their belongings; Maintain knowledge of the hotel facilities and the surrounding neighborhood in order to answer guest questions and make local recommendations for places of interest; Handle all guest complaints, questions or requests efficiently and satisfactorily; Ensure the van(s) are clean, in good condition and have adequate gasoline at all times; Assist in other departments of the hotel based on business demands and hotel needs
