Avenue5 Residential - - Responsibilities: Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance; Conduct general carpentry tasks including wallboard repair, countertop/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair; Execute proactive preventative maintenance such as siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, golf-cart, elevator maintenance; Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to company standards and resident satisfaction; Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common areas to maintain safety, cleanliness, and identify maintenance needs; assist with emergencies and coordinate with leadership
