Summary:

• Be the friendly face and watchful eye at our pool area
• Ensure the safety of guests by enforcing pool rules and responding promptly to any emergencies
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist guests with inquiries or concerns
• Conduct regular inspections of the pool area and equipment
• Monitor swimmers and maintain a safe and clean environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities
• Contribute to a positive and friendly atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike

Qualifications:

• Current certification in Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR/AED
• Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescues when necessary
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations
• Physical fitness and stamina to meet the demands of the role
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
