Reasonable accommodations may be made where appropriate.Team Leadership & OversightPartner with supervisors to oversee department crew members Delegate daily and weekly tasks Track attendance, breaks, and production rates Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback Train and evaluate new team members, including inspectors, through practical and written assessments Communicate personnel updates and recommend disciplinary actions, schedule adjustments, or role changes Production & Order FulfillmentOversee pre-roll production to meet quality and output targets Track order fulfillment, pull product, and manage inventory using tracking systems Evaluate sales projections and menu templates to build appropriate backstock Verify final box counts and ensure accurate labeling and order preparation Quality Control & CompliancePerform and oversee quality control inspections on all outgoing products Ensure all products meet company and regulatory standards before shipment Monitor final inspections prior to loading for delivery Shipping & Logistics CoordinationCommunicate with drivers regarding delivery status and schedules Assist with loading trucks and ensure carts are prepared according to SOPs Ensure accuracy and readiness of all outgoing shipments Communication & ReportingRegularly review emails, Basecamp, and internal communication platforms for updates Attend lead meetings and contribute to operational planning Complete and submit daily end-of-shift reports Provide clear shift-to-shift handoff communication Operational Support & MaintenanceMaintain and ensure proper working condition of equipment and machinery Maintain a clean, organized workspace and hold team members accountable for cleanliness standards Assist with Research & Development projects as assigned Support other departments as needed What We"re Looking ForMust be 21+ years oldHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasksBasic computer skills (spreadsheets, tracking systems)Leadership or team coordination experience preferredWashington State Food Worker Card requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand or sit for extended periodsLift and carry up to 25â 30 lbsPerform repetitive hand tasks and maintain attention to detailComfortable working in a production environment with noise, dust, and odorsWhy You"ll Love This RoleClear path from training to higher payOpportunity to lead and mentor a teamHands-on role with real impact on product qualityFast-paced, team-oriented environmentPowered by JazzHR
