Avenue5 Residential - - Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of apartment and property maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance; Conduct general carpentry tasks such as wallboard repair, countertop and cabinet replacement, finishing work, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair; Carry out preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, elevator, and more; Maintain the work order system and ensure timely completion to company standards and resident satisfaction; Promote safety and deliver high standards of cleanliness and curb appeal while coordinating with residents and management
