Innventures - - Responsibilities: Respond to small group inquiries and other requests in a timely manner; Prepare show rooms and give tours to walk-in customers; Oversee group blocks and rooming lists ensuring accuracy using our reservation system; Provide clerical support to the Director of Sales and Sales team members as requested; Assist with scheduling and servicing meeting rooms as needed
