Option Care Health - - Responsibilities: Coordinate discharge and delivery with patient, referral source, sales, pharmacy, and nursing; Create, communicate and obtain all required documentation for new referrals; Secure patient upfront payment and direct to financial assistance programs; Support denial management and follow-up on missing paperwork; Assist Supervisor/Manager with special assignments
