Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Monitor access points, greet visitors, patients, and staff, and help to verify identification, visitor logs, and/or credentialing requirements in accordance with site procedures; Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with staff, visitors, and/or emergency services as needed; Answer phones, provide directions, and support front desk operations by documenting activity, reporting unusual behavior, and/or escalating concerns through proper channels; Help to maintain an organized lobby and reception area by observing activity, supporting visitor management processes, and following post orders and site expectations
