Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Hand stack concrete blocks weighing approximately 2070 pounds in a fast-paced production setting; Grind concrete blocks to create a polished finish and smooth texture while maintaining consistent quality; Feed concrete blocks onto conveyors to be tumbled for an antique look, then manually offload and stack finished products onto pallets; Inspect concrete blocks coming off the kiln line for chips, cracks, and other defects, and perform basic quality checks throughout the shift; Support automated palletizing operations by monitoring wrapped pallets and maintaining production flow, with an expectation of completing 20 or more pallets per shift
