Northwest x Southern Hospitality - - Responsibilities: Provide cleaning services such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing walls, windows and mirrors in designated areas; Replace linens, replenish amenities, make beds when assigned to guestrooms; Respond to guests' special requests and complaints and communicate with guests accordingly; Work as part of an empowered team to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction; Support hospitality operations to ensure a positive guest experience
