Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Work in the pressing department sanding tile using a hand sander or sanding machine while following safety and quality guidelines.; Sort, lift, catch, and package tile while inspecting each piece for quality control and identifying defects.; Stack tile from pallets onto conveyors accurately, counting and organizing tile in specified quantities (such as stacks of 10) to maintain production flow.; Prepare and mix raw materials for ceramic tile and glazes according to established formulas and procedures.; Operate production machinery and equipment safely, including starting, stopping, and monitoring machines during operation.
