Job Description The AIM Administrator is responsible for the daily execution, construction, and digital verification of all AIM-related inventory activities across all locations. This role is primarily desk-based initially and serves as the operational engine behind inventory journal creation, count assignment, and compliance verification within D365.Responsibilities 1. Inventory Journal & Count ManagementBuild, assign, and manage all inventory journals in D365 for all locationsCreate and distribute: Weekly 100 Moving Targets counts, Weekly 10 Yard Target counts, Monthly vendor count lists, Special request counts from Purchasing, Operations, Distribution, or Risk & AdministrationMaintain and manage the annual vendor count calendar in partnership with Purchasing and RiskEnsure all counts are properly scheduled, assigned, and completed within required timeframesReview and digitally verify all LPIS work from the previous dayIdentify anomalies, trends, and inconsistencies in count resultsFlag discrepancies and expedite concerns to the AIM LeadMonitor completion rates and adherence to assigned count schedulesEnsure proper use of inventory journals and adherence to AIM standards3. Data Integrity & ReportingMaintain accuracy of inventory records through proper journal structure and assignmentTrack completion and compliance metrics across all locationsSupport analysis of shrink trends by ensuring clean and reliable data inputsAssist in preparing data summaries for AIM Lead review4. Coordination & SupportAct as the central coordination point for all count-related requestsCommunicate clearly with LPIS teams regarding assignments and expectationsSupport LPIS with clarification on count requirements and system usageRoute operational or performance issues to AIM LeadQualifications Knowledge of POS systems and applications (e.g., Epicor, D365); computers and Windows programs: Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.; basic mathematical applications and accuracy; principles and processes for providing customer service; communication techniques to convey and obtain information; proper business communication with coworkers and customers.Skills : Able to communicate clearly and timely with internal managers and team members; work independently; plan and execute priorities; multitasking and prioritizing; excellent reliability and attendance, diligence and focus on producing results while on the clock; showing initiative while also possessing tact to work in various environments; demonstrating courtesy and cooperation; attentiveness to others; maintaining confidentiality; showing enthusiasm.Physical Ability : Presence at the job and ability to perform the job are essential functions; use of arm, abdominal and lower back muscles to stand in one spot for prolonged periods.
