Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, riders, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting conditions to site contacts and/or supervisors; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and public areas, assisting with directions, questions, and policy-related concerns while maintaining a professional presence at the location; Support daily operations at a government location by observing activity, communicating clearly with staff and the public, and following post orders for assigned patrol duties
