US Department of Defense - Naval Air Station Whidbey Island - Responsibilities: Perform routine warehousing activities, including receiving, storing, issuing and staging/kitting material; Update an automated supply information system to reflect receipts, stows, location changes, issues, and inventory counts; Use appropriate material handling equipment to move and secure materials on pallets and protect from the elements; Inspect and segregate materials by hazard types with Safety Data Sheets attached as required; Conduct physical inventory counts and location audits to maintain inventory validity
