Experienced Business Paralegal

• Legal Research and Analysis
• Document Drafting

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited program
• 4+ years of experience working as a litigation paralegal
• Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proactive case management skills
• Pass a background check
• Have a valid driver's license and means of transportation to and from the office and off-site meetings (within Kootenai, Spokane, and Bonner counties).
• Provide your own computer, high-speed internet connection, and any accessories for performing daily work.
• Be tech-savvy and enjoy learning new software and systems through experimentation and research.
• In-person attendance at weekly team meetings on Tuesday morning in Hayden.
