Pay $21.44$28.00 per hour starting wage, based on experience Structured increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year, with annual reviews after that

About the Role

We are hiring a Warehouse Receiver / Material Handler to support the flow of materials throughout our manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for receiving, verifying, organizing, and staging materials that keep production moving.

This is not a sit-down warehouse job. You'll be on your feet throughout the shift, working with incoming materials, inventory, production teams, and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This role also requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, packing documentation, and material information accurately.

This is a safety-sensitive position. Attention to detail and safe equipment operation are required at all times.

What You'll Do

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and drawings
  • Read and interpret blueprints, build drawings, and material documentation
  • Enter receipt data into the system and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Transport materials to proper storage locations using forklifts or other equipment
  • Follow FIFO and FEFO inventory practices where applicable
  • Identify and report damaged or non-conforming materials
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for compliance
  • Work with production, shipping, and purchasing to keep materials flowing

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills including data entry, Excel, and email
  • Ability to read packing slips, invoices, bills of lading, and production drawings
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints or shop drawings
  • Reliable and shows up on time
  • Works independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years forklift experience
  • Warehouse, receiving, inventory, or material handling experience
  • Experience reading blueprints or production drawings
  • Experience with inventory systems or ERP/WMS platforms

The Work

  • On your feet most of the shift
  • Regular lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Operating forklifts and material handling equipment
  • Fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment
