General Production Worker

Responsibilities:

• Produce custom fabric products for construction applications
• Pull, stage, and prepare materials for production
• Assemble components and materials before fabrication
• Operate production equipment and welding machinery
• Measure, count, and cut materials to specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Package and prepare orders for shipment
• Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading
• Use production tools and equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working around fiberglass insulation
• Ability to learn production equipment and processes
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Skills:

• Shipping and receiving experience
• Forklift experience
• RF scanner experience
• Experience with saws or cutting equipment
• Material handling and inventory experience
• Experience packaging and preparing orders for shipment
• Interest in learning additional equipment and responsibilities

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
