We're looking for a hands‑on leader to supervise our Inventory & Order Pulling team, ensuring accurate inventory counts and smooth, on‑time order fulfillment across our production facility.Job Summary The Inventory & Order Pulling Supervisor directly supervises and monitors crew members as they organize and maintain accurate inventory counts, and oversees the prep work and pulling of all orders. This role communicates closely with packaging teams to ensure everyone is aligned on order needs, and supports the company's Standards of Conduct & Discipline.What You'll Do Supervise & Coach: Delegate daily and weekly tasks to crew members, track attendance and breaks, monitor production rates, and provide coaching and trainingTrain & Evaluate: Train new employees and assess their performance through written and practical examsManage Inventory: Perform accurate weekly inventory counts, enter data into Master Inventory sheets, and keep storage areas clean and organizedPull Orders: Pick and pull product for orders, including flower, joints, and concentratesQuality Control: Perform quality control inspections and assist with final packaging when neededTrack Errors: Record pulling errors, distribute weekly error reports, and coach the team to reduce mistakesPrep Orders: Print premanifests and box labels, and maintain accurate records in the Pull Team trackerCommunicate: Update to-do lists in Basecamp, notify the packaging team of order needs, and send daily end-of-shift reportsMaintain Compliance: Keep product properly labeled and compliant, and maintain a clean, organized workspaceSupport the Team: Cross-train on inspecting and shipping procedures, assist other departments, and support R&D projects as assignedWhat We're Looking For Must be 21 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceTrimming or plant experience helpful, but not requiredExperience with computers and tracking software preferredAbility to stand, sit, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods, and lift up to 25 poundsStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsSound judgment and problem-solving ability in a fast‑paced environmentBenefits Medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offMonthly product samplesCatered meals on Tuesdays and WednesdaysMonday bagel and donut barQuarterly raisesPhat Panda is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Fair Chance employer.
