INTRODUCTION:
The Anadromous Production Manager performs as the professional level lead for overseeing all project and program level goals, objectives and tasks associated with the Spokane Tribal Anadromous Production goals. The Anadromous production manager is responsible for administrating the Spokane Tribe of Indians Anadromous production goals by applying advanced performance level supervisory, technical, professional, and administrative skills. The Production Manager serves as the program manager and will be responsible for managing asset development, overseeing feasibility surveys, and developing and implementing a planning process to determine hatchery infrastructure needs and upgrades to meet production goals for the anadromous fisheries programs. The incumbent will work closely with the Spokane Tribes Department of Natural Resource Managers, Lake Roosevelt Hatchery Coordination Team, Lake Roosevelt Fisheries Management Team, the Spokane Tribe's Anadromous Program, and other regional partners. This position requires a person who independently makes critical split-second decisions that could negatively affect or that could result to damage to the hatchery facilities.
