We're seeking a motivated Production Coordinator to support daily manufacturing operations and lead production teams in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for coordinating workflow, assigning work, supporting employees, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.Responsibilities include:Coordinate and distribute work assignments within production areasSupport and direct employees while promoting teamwork and productivityAssist with resolving production and employee-related issuesUtilize ERP systems (NetSuite) to maintain accurate production informationMonitor daily production goals and support continuous improvement initiativesEnforce company policies, safety procedures, and Lean Manufacturing/5S principlesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required1-2 years of leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environmentStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret drawings and work instructionsProficient computer skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced settingForklift certification is a plusScheduleMonday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with overtime as needed.BenefitsHoliday and vacation payMedical benefitsIf you have manufacturing leadership experience and are looking to grow with a dynamic team, we'd love to hear from you!Location/Region: Post Falls, ID (83877)#J-18808-Ljbffr
