Job Description

• Precision TIG and MIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel components for aerospace applications.
• Strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret measurements and blueprints, and a commitment to safety and quality
• Execute hardwire MIG welding on aluminum
• Produce high-tolerance, cosmetic-quality welds
• Inspect welds for accuracy, appearance, and adherence to specifications
• Assist with assembly tasks using hand tools
• Prior experience working with aluminum and stainless steel in a production or fabrication setting.
• Exposure to aerospace or other high-specification industries where tight tolerances and cosmetic finishes are critical.
• Familiarity with fabrication processes beyond welding, such as fitting, aligning, and basic metal preparation.
• Comfort using a Bluetooth foot pedal or similar advanced welding controls.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing visually appealing, high-quality welds.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changing production needs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
