Job Description

At Chick-fil-A Ruby & Sinto, our Front of House Team Members are the face of our restaurant and the heart of our hospitality. Every interaction is an opportunity to make someone feel known, cared for, and valued.

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll help create remarkable experiences by serving guests with genuine hospitality, maintaining high operational standards, and working alongside a team committed to excellence. Whether you're welcoming guests at the front counter, serving in the dining room, taking orders in the drive-thru, or delivering meals, you'll play an important role in creating an experience that keeps guests coming back.

We are looking for individuals with positive attitudes, strong character, and a desire to serve others. Experience is helpful, but more importantly, we're looking for people who are eager to learn, work hard, and grow as leaders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver genuine hospitality by creating remarkable guest experiences
• Welcome guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Take guest orders accurately while providing exceptional service
• Prepare beverages and desserts to Chick-fil-A standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining room
• Serve guests in the drive-thru and front counter with accuracy and efficiency
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Follow food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Restock supplies and complete opening, transition, and closing responsibilities
• Help create a positive environment where both guests and Team Members feel valued

• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, including exposure to hot and cold temperatures
• Flexible availability, including evenings and Saturdays
• Previous customer service or restaurant experience is welcomed but not required—we will provide the training you need to succeed.
