Under the direction of Department supervisors performs a variety of duties to insure the smooth operation of Food & Nutrition Services (FNS). Duties include assisting to provide meal service to patients (trayline services), employees of Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center (PSHMC) (cafeteria service), and guests (catering service).
