Schedule: Part-time to start | up to 15 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition to full-time Pay: $18.00 – $20.00/hour (based on experience)

Dynamic Spine and Pain Institute is excited to add a Medical Receptionist to our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in a medical office environment or for an experienced healthcare professional looking for a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role.

No prior medical office experience is required. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with computers, can multitask in a busy environment, and has a strong interest in working in healthcare.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our front office team, you will:

  • Greet patients and provide friendly, professional customer service
  • Check patients in and out for appointments
  • Answer phones and assist patients with questions
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
  • Enter and update patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Verify insurance and assist with patient registration and intake
  • Handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Communicate with patients, providers, and other members of the care team
  • Assist with general front office and administrative duties
